How many years have you been in business in NYC?
18 years.
How did you get your start and what was your initial inspiration?
Worked for Chanel and Dior in my early 20s.
What do you feel differentiates you from others in your field?
My careful and curated approach and understanding of the lifestyle of my targeted market.
What do you feel gives you longevity in this big city with so many options?
Constant updating of brands , trends, careful curation and a comfortable way to shop.
How do you positively impact your clientele?
I can help style a client completely and put all the outfits together, so they don't have to think when dressing. It's also an easy and pleasant way to shop in a private space where everything is pre-selected nicely.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Making women look pretty and stylish so they are getting lots of compliments and then getting back to me on how happy they are shopping that way.
What is your favorite secret NYC spot?
A little cafe by my office called Little Collins with the best avocado toast and cappuccinos
How do you benefit mamas?
You can find a full wardrobe from gowns to furs, casual T-shirts, fun sweaters, cocktail dresses and amazing beach coverups in one place and be efficient time-wise.
What is the most memorable feedback a client has given you?
How I took her out of her box, her usual , same style and how happy she is with her new look
Pay it forward and name your top colleagues in the same field or related field:
I admire Rebecca Cohen from LSF on her creativity, talent, and great taste.
What is the best advice anyone's ever given you? Or what is your "mantra" / words to live by?
Always be happy, positive and truthful and enjoy every day!
As moms, the day can escape us, what is your best time-saving trick?
I am a very organized person, I make my list to do every day and follow it. Normally it’s another 10 things still left out unfortunately! Too little time, too much to do! :(
